What are all of your products and services that are available for you to sell?

You should reply to this with the products and services that you are selling plus the other ones that you can be selling even if you do not have sales to show for them.

Question #2
Who are the customers in the various niche markets that you are selling to currently and those that you are also targeting to sell to?

You should reply to this with a combination of the types of customers in each of your niche markets along with some specific key account names to illustrate them.

Question #3
Why should the customers buy from you instead of your competitors?

You should reply to this with details of your products and services compared to your competition.You should include why your offerings and reasons to buy from you is so important to the customer keeping in mind that your reasons must have substance to a buyer and customer to have value and validity.Your answer should include all competition in all of your niche markets and how you compare to each one with details.

If you were able to write down a detailed answer to all 3 of the simple and fundamental questions, you pass. Congratulations!

If you struggled with the answers and honestly know that they are incomplete, you have failed I am sorry to say. You should know what you have to do next.

If you were unable to write down answers to all 3 of these simple and basic questions, you have failed. I recommend that you hire a consultant to visit with you at least monthly to advise and keep you informed.
